These Terms of Service govern your use of the Silent Echoes app ("the App"), provided by Silent Echoes Media. By using the App, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.
Use of the App
Silent Echoes is a personal reflection and journaling tool intended for individuals aged 13 and older. You agree to use the App only for lawful, personal purposes. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
Not a Medical Service
Silent Echoes is designed for personal reflection and mindfulness support. It is not a medical device or mental health service, and does not provide medical, psychological, or therapeutic advice. It is not a substitute for professional care. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, please contact a qualified professional or emergency services.
Your Content
All journal entries, voice recordings, and reflections you create belong to you. We do not read, analyze, or share your personal journal content. You may export or delete your data at any time from the Settings page.
Premium Subscriptions
Silent Echoes offers optional premium subscriptions (monthly and yearly). Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your device's app store account settings. No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods, except where required by law.
Intellectual Property
The Silent Echoes app, including its design, text, and features, is owned by Silent Echoes Media. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.
Termination
You may delete your account at any time from the Settings page. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your data will be permanently deleted.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes within the App. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
